PIMAVA Signal Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These terms apply when you access or use PIMAVA Signal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18, able to enter an agreement and authorised to act for the business you register. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PIMAVA Signal is developing business software that identifies meaningful changes in customer complaint patterns. It can store review classifications, calculate historical baselines and present signal events with supporting evidence. Optional integrations may support review import, AI classification, SMS and billing when they are configured. Those integrations are not currently enabled in production.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell PIMAVA promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
4. Third-party accounts and Google
You may connect only third-party accounts and business profiles that you are authorised to access and manage. If Google Business Profile is enabled, you are responsible for selecting the correct business, obtaining any necessary authority and complying with Google's terms. You may disconnect an integration, subject to the available product controls and retention requirements.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access another business's information without authority;
- submit unlawful, deceptive or malicious content;
- probe, disrupt or bypass security or usage controls;
- misuse connected accounts, personal information or reviews;
- reverse engineer the service except where law permits it; or
- use the service to infringe another person's rights.
6. Signal and AI limitations
Signal outputs are decision-support information. They are not guaranteed facts and are not legal, financial, employment, safety or business advice. A signal does not prove why a pattern occurred. Review the evidence and exercise your own judgement before acting.
If AI classification is enabled, it may be incomplete or wrong. AI may help categorise complaint text and identify evidence phrases, but it does not make the final signal decision. The Signal Engine applies deterministic, configurable rules to classifications and historical data. Initial thresholds are hypotheses and have not been validated as accurate for every business.
7. Availability and changes
PIMAVA Signal is an MVP with developing functionality. We aim to keep it available, but interruptions, defects and changes may occur. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably needed for security, maintenance, provider changes or product development.
8. Third-party services
Supabase, Vercel and any enabled Google, Gemini, Twilio or Stripe service operate under separate terms. Their availability and actions are outside PIMAVA's direct control. You remain responsible for fees and obligations you accept with a third-party provider.
9. Subscriptions and payment
PIMAVA Signal may offer a paid subscription after a trial. Stripe billing is not currently enabled. Before charges can apply, the service will show the price and payment terms and use a configured payment provider. You will be responsible for authorised charges and applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Cancellation and refund details will be presented when billing becomes available.
10. Intellectual property and your data
PIMAVA retains rights in the service, branding, software and product materials. You retain rights you have in information you provide or authorise the service to access. You grant PIMAVA permission to host, process and display that information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve PIMAVA Signal.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service. PIMAVA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, non-payment once billing applies, legal requirements or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise that every review, classification, signal or alert will be complete, accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, PIMAVA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any other liability will be limited only to an extent that is fair, reasonable and lawful in the circumstances.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or the established support channel. These terms are governed by applicable Australian law, without specifying a state or territory not yet confirmed by the owner.
For questions, contact PIMAVA by replying to the onboarding or support communication through which you received access. The owner must confirm a permanent public support address before broader release.
